Rams Soccer are seeking experienced players to play in the GDSFA top U11 Junior Division for the 2012 season. During the off season a number of players from U10 Division 1, U8s Red/Black and U9s moved across to youth league and academy squads. Rams Soccer wishes to congratulate those players selected and wish them all the best for 2012.
Rams continues to produce talented juniors in these age groups and are seeking players to fill positions across the park including midfield and forwards for the U11s Division 1 age group. During 2011 Rams U10 Division 1 team competed in the Kanga Cup played in Canberra. The tournament is an international junior football tournament played each year attracting some of the best junior teams in the country and Asia. In 2011 Rams U10 Division 1 team contested the Grand Final narrowly losing 1 – 0. The team was praised by the football faithful and won many hearts and minds by the way they played, their sportsmanship, their courage and their attitude. The team has an experienced coach and manager who continue to give so much of their time to the Rams. The team will hold a training session at Hills Centenary Park on Tuesday 14th February 2012 commencing at 7pm. The team has already been invited back for 2012 tournament and Rams are looking to go one better this year by winning the U11 age group. Rams Soccer will consider sending other teams to represent the club at the 2012 tournament. Our U10 Division 1 team from 2011 did the club proud and have set the benchmark for other Rams teams to follow in the future.
Rams Soccer will conduct a Grading Day on Sunday 19th February 2012 at Hills Centenary Park Commercial Road Rouse Hill for all players across a number of age groups including U11s. Please watch the website for updates on Grading Day information.
