Coaches and Managers,
Team photos this year will be taken on THIS COMINGSATURDAY 27th APRIL, And the following Saturday 4th May. Your time can be found within this email. Teams not on this list will be taken at a later date, as the complete draw is not available yet. 
As you can imagine doing a roster for the number of teams is a massive task and every effort is made to organize a photo time is as close to your game time as possible. 

With this being said, it is extremely important that teams arrive 10 min ahead of scheduled time with their envelopes filled out and ready to go with game jerseys on. 

This will ensure that No team will be running late for their game. 

Photos will be taken in front of the large trees adjacent to the overflow carpark. (If unsure check with Canteen staff) 

Photos are Pre paid and will cost $20 for team and individual, $15 for team only, $15 individual only. Please ask parents to have correct money. Managers or Coaches are responsible for collection of money for their team using an envelope supplied to you.

As we have been unable to hand out the envelopes for this week ahead of time due to the Easter break, Your envelopes will be available from us on the day. For teams having photos on the 4th your envelopes will be available this week in the canteen.
